How do I find out my shipping costs?
  You can find out the total amount including shipping cost before check out. On your shopping cart page please select your destination state or province, you will get the shipping fees instantly.
How are multiple package shipping fees calculated?
  Shipping multiple packages at the same time to the same destination is a lot cheaper than shipping them individually. Adding an extra monitor, keyboard or other peripherals will not significantly increase your shipping fees. Try to add all your items to your shopping cart to have your shipping fee calculated.
How low are your shipping rates?
  Most computer component shipping begins from $7.99 each, and computer system shipping begins from $30.
Can I come to your store to pick up my order to save on shipping?
  Yes. We would be happy to meet you and if you come to our store to pick up your order, all shipping charges will be waived. We do not charge handling fees. Please visit our about me page for map and directions.
When will you ship out my order?
 

Computer orders are usually shipped in 1-5 business days. Larger and more complex systems will require longer time for building and testing. Computer component orders that are in stock will be shipped immediately. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received and verified. If circumstances arise, you will be notified.

LU Computers is a safe and fast shipper; we take every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, and majority of orders are shipped within 1 business day. However we can not provide any guarantees on shipping time.

How will I know that you have shipped out my order?
  Please log on to your account and view your status under order details.
Tracking number is also sent to your email by UPS at 7PM on the day of shipment.
Why did I not receive a tracking number?
 

Some reasons may prevent a tracking number to be delivered to you:
1. Please make sure your junk mail filters are not blocking this email.
2. Please make sure that you have correctly spelled your email address.
3. Email server error, etc.
4. Tracking number is not available for some shipments (Canada postal small packets, Canada Post regular letter mails).

How long will it take to receive my order?
  For computer system orders, ground shipping usually takes 2-8 days, other options take 1-3 days such as UPS 3 Days Select USA, UPS Expedited USA, UPS Express USA . Shipping within Canada also has fast shipping options such as Expedited, Express available; delivery is 1-3 days. Postal items may take 1-15 days to be delivered.
What about if I receive my package damaged?
  Packages are insured and fully covered by insurance. Please contact us immediately as UPS will accept the shipper only to file a claim. By our 15 years shipping experience with UPS its shipping damage is fairly low and minimum.
